Making a Bait Purchase could not be easier, browse around the store, add any products that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' complete all the details, and we will process the order
Payment
We accept all major Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer and Paypal payments, via Paypal secure processing system.
Goods will not be delivered until payment has been made and cleared in full. Once payment is received the order will be prepared for dispatch. Back ordered items are not charged until they are ready for delivery.
If you prefer to order and pay offline, phone 01603 879003, and to save time, please have your order and payment details ready.
Order Notes
Orders received before 12.00 by phone or online, will be despatched that day. If an order is received after 12.00 it will be dispatched on the following day.
Allow 48 hours for delivery of prepared particles, we will not dispatch these prepared or frozen goods on a Friday.
For example freezer baits and prepared particles ordered on a Thursday after 12.00 on a 24hour delivery will be dispatched on the Monday for next day delivery.
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you
via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. CarpBaitUK monitor prices on a daily basis.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. CarpBaitUK reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.
Postage & Delivery
Your order will be sent via Parcel Force. Postage is calculated as follows:-
Dispatched 24hour
1kg - 10kg = £7.50
11kg - 28kg= £8.50
29kg - 56kg=£16.00
57kg - 82kg = £23.50
83kg - 110kg = £30.00
00.35p per kilo thereafter.
48hour 1kg - 10kg = £7.50 11kg - 28kg = £8.50 00.45p per kilo thereafter.
All Prepared particles and freezer baits will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Privacy Policy
We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside third party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals. CarpBaitUK do not store any customers financial or credit card details in any form.
Returns Policy & Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
